Running has always been one of my greatest pleasures. Not in a competitive way — no, always alone, outside, with the wind hitting my face. Running has always been my preferred form of meditation.

The Asha Foundation 4 MS‘s insight:

It can seem daunting to face the prospect of keeping fit while living with or being affected by a disability.  The good news, though, is that there are options, and those options can make a world of difference in how one experiences the disability.
