Exercise Benefits the Brain

The Asha Foundation 4 MS‘s insight:

The key, according to this study, is getting the exercise in during the early- to mid-20s to protect brain health in middle age.


If you are past this point, though, do not despair, as exercise is beneficial regardless of when you do it. If you are in this age range, be proactive about behaviors that will benefit you long-term.
